Jail Busting

Why not make busting players out of jail more interactive than clicking bust and praying you can get them out? Maybe some sort of flash mini-game that the player has to beat in order to get the jailed player out. The more time the jailed player has left in their sentence, the harder it is to get them out? Nothing too difficult, since that would make busting players out too much work, but it is a little 'eeeh' when you think about how you walk into a net prison and release multiple people with little effort.
Could also put some kind of reward at the end of the game? Maybe a small boost in a random stat, as proof that you overcame the struggles in front of you. It would make it worth the time for the jail busters.
