New Gang Members/Permissions

Being able to set default permissions and gang rank for new members would be nice. I always give new members the same rank and permissions, and I'm sure others do, too.
I also notice, for some reason, it gives new members rank #1. Now unless this game decided to break off the bandwagon and decided rank #8 was better thank rank #1, I think that at least should be switched backwards, so new members don't see they've got the rank of Owner or something, and get confused.
One last thing that's not really a suggestion, but instead a typo report, the permission "Ability to invite people the gang?" should be Ability to invite people TO the gang?
