You guys (Admins) complain that there are not enough new players, and you guys do not want to advertise.

Referral Competition

All CW players have 1 month to get most people to sign up.

RULES:
1. Same IP Accounts not counted.
2. Refered Player must reach level 10 before being counted.
3. Must have more than 5 refferals to win a prize.
4. You have 30 days.

PRIZES:
1st- 500 ECs
2nd- 350 ECs
3rd- 100 ECs

Anyone with 5+ Refferals which meet rules - 50 ECs

EDIT: This should be a monthly competition to keep the flow going. If this is not implemented then I do not think you guys are serious about this game.

I like the idea generally, and you got it down how it should be run, but I think 2500 ECs is far too large an amount for first prize. 2500 ECs is a lot to pay, since it's improbable a lot of people will really join and get to level 10. So if it turns out that first place only gets 20 invites, do they really deserve 2500 ECs? Yeah, more players, but 2500 ECs is a LOT. Especially when one referral (if they get to level 25) only gets the player 10 ECs and a point to spend on stats. Well, I just figured I'd throw my two cents in for once, even if it was on something probably more minor in the topic. I like the idea, I hope it runs, I just think the prize needs to be tuned down. Good job.

Those are used to prevent that. Plus Staff can catch multis.

Same IP .. lol, how many account you or Trin have already made since CW was created .. really with the same IP .. All that needs to be done, is to get some ECS once your referral reaches level 10 instead of 25, since new CW, the levels have stayed low (less increase with gang war then before) ...

No need to get MORE free things ..

And for Staff, only Gate + Admin are still working, so why increase their work ...

Why do you need a comp to get your friends/outsiders to join ?

You can do that and get the ref like it's already coded ... but in any case , why are we listening to your point of view .. you've been caught cheating a few times .. .. .. So what do you care about this game ?!
