YES. This is completely against the TOS. If that isn't advertising another game or game company, I don't know what the **** it is. And you state clearly that "So yea but its a refereal link" which means that it gives you a bonus on that game or game company's site. THIS IS A FLAGRANT ATTEMPT TO GET PLAYERS TO SIGN UP FOR A GAME. Like Mafia Wars (a game that CW could take a few notes from), Warstorm (a game a LOT like Magic: the gathering), and Superhero City (which is kinda to be honest, but still mildly entertaining). I can make it worth your while, gamewise, as well as helping me out.

And if that doesn't float your monkey, go look up Turtle Tossing from Kongregate (which I discovered through Umo, indirectly)

These three are all internet based games and therefore not allowed to be posted. Posting these games with a referral link will get your post deleted by me at best and probably get your ass thrown in jail by staff if you're unlucky and they get there first. Talking about them socially in chat and giving them the link outside of CW 'i really like that Mafia Wars game' 'orly? what is it about' 'add me on fb and I'll show you' etc is allowed (in my eyes) if done in good faith.
