Base % + (Hacking Skill/10) + (IQ/30) + (BUS Speed/3000) => Correct one.
And Base is 48/30/8 I've been told .. but It doesn't seem to be correct . looks more like 52 / 32 / 10 to me ..
in CW, Theta was : IQ/160 x 1.312 ... since at max IQ (2,500 we used to get around 205 stats per EC) 2,500/160 x 1.312 = 20.5 per 5 energy train.
So it seems good too: Theta - (IQ / 130) x 1.06 per train (at lease close enough) => 1.304 instead of 1.312
