I was just wondering if there is a limit of how many viruses that you can use on yourself, whether it be over a certain time period or what.
They only worked about three times, now they don't do anything

You can only use one virus at a time on yourself. Each virus lasts for 4 hours.

That's what I do, they just no longer have any affect on me
It shows what my stat changes should become, but after the four hours is up it just goes back to the way it was. When I use them on myself at least.

What you must remember is this

1 - You can only be infected by 1 virus at a time
2 - The virus lasts 4 hours
3 - When the virus is no longer infecting you, well then it no long affects your stats
4 - It is a temporary stat boost/lose

Not a single virus is permanent, it not a way to boost ur stats

how do u increase the level of the virus?

You must buy a higher level virus, which become available when you raise your hacking skill (i think lvl 2 become available at 100? Don't quote me on it though )

You need to train your hacking skill (which can be done by going to 'Study Hacking')

Lvl 2 Viruses: 100 Hacking Skill
Lvl 3 Viruses: 200 Hacking Skill

Ohh, alright thanks. I thought the boost was supposed to be permanent from them.
