Free DDays expire before account confirmation.

Postby [LAW] adam on Sat, 09 Jan 2010 23:24:41 +0000

Alright, signed up a few days ago (assuming 5 because that's how many ddays I'm missing). Couldn't receive an account confirmation, but tried again today. Email was sent and I confirmed my account. I only have 2 ddays left and I'm assuming that's because it started deducting the ddays before my account was "active".

Just thought I would point this out.

So because the email confirmation failed to send my email on multiple occasions, I don't deserve the ddays?

What's the point of e-mail confirmation if the account is created anyway?

What he means is.

Account created on lessay 1st January, the system adds 7 ddays (each member gets when he starts) to his account and they start being removed at the end of each day.
Unfortunately for him, the activation email doesn't arrive and he logs into his account after 4 days on 4th January.
Still since the account was created (though not activated) his 7 ddays started reducing at reset each day.

So when he "actually" started playing he had 3 not 7 ddays which he should have gotten actually.

Solution: Add ddays along with activation.
This game deserves a better class of Net Guards...I'm gonna give it to 'em.
