i found this one part where it asked me to choose a side (net guards or hackers) and i got off the page to think about it while browsing to get use to the site. now sadly i can't see to find where i clicked to get the page.

Basically, you're choosing between if you want more hacking skill to begin with or more IQ to begin with. More hacking skill allows you to do your daily hacks with a greater percentage rate whereas IQ ultimately gets you closer to the goal of maxing it so you can train most efficiently.
