We have our second realm of Cyber-Wars, and So far I only see One female Staff/CM role, I find this albeit a little One sided on that front. We Need more Female role models In CW. I think having at least One or Two Female CM'S and Staff would be a fair slice of the pie in this game. So far the Cyber world is comprised of One female and Several Men for Staff!
I Personally *and Yes I'm a woman* would like to see a more rounded Staff placement.

Ones gender does not indicate how well they will function as a chat moderator. If you're having an issue with male CMs abusing their power in a way that a female CM would not, you should make note of this and inform Orsm/Aeon.

I don't think gender matters... I would say the same if it was all girls and one guy...

This forum post has nothing to do with abuse of any sort, Why that was brought up is beyond me. I just feel, and I am sure I am not the only one, that more female staff would be nice to have around. I never made mention of anything being Unfair, nor Any mention of ability or inability to do the job. I just felt more women should be elected as Staff /Cm.

Abuse was brought up in response to your issue with the current male-majority CW staff. Generally, when the staff of a program need to be replaced or changed, it has to due with an imbalance of power. If there isn't any problem with the current staff, why do we need more of any particular gender?

Women have the same chance as nomination as a guy does in this new age of cw...

P.s. I feel that completely disregarding someones post as though unintelligible babble is just as rude as spamming a topic. This entire thread revolves around your opinion, but when someone shares their own you deliberately ignore it. I have no problem with you, women, or women in staff positions, but this thread has no topic to follow.

Its not like a woman or man can ail or mute differently its all the same is why i say its unimportant

For me, since it's an online game,for Admin/Staff/CM we are ALL male & female at the same time ... Anyone can say the gender they want .. (muffin for ex.)

What I see, it's we have less Female then Male members in general, and

1) Admin + Staff + CM = 7 => 6/1
2) 3196 total players. => 532 female .... I haven't met them yet


For the CM, we had 2 Female at start (if you don't count SP as one ) and you still have GG in the last round ...

So I guess you Girls are doing darn good, all you need to do is stick together and Vote clever !!

Don't get me wrong, girls are welcomed to because staff, I support it and everything, but I just don't think its bias.

This seems just too Pc and wrong, Should we give woman the roles as staff and CMs just because they are woman? No, we should give it those who have earned it and those who Orsm think are good for the job. As it is a majority of the players who play this game are male and it would be sexist to just give a female the role just because of her sex. Anni was there really any reason to bring this up? Ghostie is in the running for Cm as we speak, Do I think she is suitable? Not at this moment, but she is in the running because she is well liked in the gang. So just for the moment Stfu and stop being biased yourself.
