Old Player returning

Hi there- I just made a new account, so none of you would know me. I used to have an account here ( my name was [Ag] Arby and i owned the gang Solid Silver). I havnt been playing for years, due to real life distractions etc but thought id log back in and maybe get back into the swing of things. trouble is- i cant access my old account. was there a purge of all the accounts or a game reset or something?

That's exacly what happened indeed.
The game has undergone a full reset. All accounts, gangs, jobs - everything has been deleted. Everyone has started fresh, and the game has also seen several changes. Most importantly, interest is completely removed, and IQ now caps at 500. There are a lot of other changes, but I cba posting them here when I should instead be saying "welcome back."
