Bribes

I have to ask, and I know this might just come down to Blanzian Probability, but what is with the bribes lately. Usually you might bribe out once in a while, but in the last few weeks I have bribed out more times than in the entire time Bribes has been out. Has anything been done to the probability? And can any Admins please post the Probability Equation.
