The average was a good idea. The minimum was a good idea. But what about those who still wish to give "free" items to one another?
My suggestion is that, because they dont affect the average in any way, 1cd transfers be an exception to the market minimum. That way those who still wish to sell "free" items to one another can, and the market remains in tact.

Allowing 1CD transactions will defeat the purpose. Minimum price was added to prevent multis.
