Either give newbies 100% cap on jobs up until day 25 or something, so they're not disadvantaged by the fact we had 100+% max for the start of the game, or put it into increments going down the list.

I also think you should use the same idea on the jobs as it is on OTCW. Over here, there is a steady progression followed by a chaotic end. The last three jobs have need adjusted since prereset, and frankly, the "newbie job" should be eliminated.
