This does seem like a good idea at it's core, but I would like to see an admin's take on it .... they seem to have an oddly skewed perspective on what would be fun to add and what would not.

I honestly don't like the idea as it's Trinexx's idea 
however I can see some issues with adding this.
As a player and gang owner it has good potential for gang assests. I will run it past my code monkey.

Okay, this is a good idea. Hopefully if it gets added, we can have a permissions checkbox for this? I see possibilities for undesired spending happening, otherwise.
