Limit to stats per level

I was wondering if we could have a little bar (like for Firewall and EXP) to tell us how much more stats we can have until we get up to the limit for the current level.

Actually .. that doesn't sound like a bad idea ....

It would have been easier to put on at the start when there are no gangs but i am sure you are still able to do it.
