Change of News Rotation!

I had held off doing the news until a had a quite healthy report but not alot has been going on in CW lately and it would almost be pointless for you guys to read the news weekly. I've decided to do a monthly issue of the news so that it actually has enough information to be worthwhile. So for February's news I will have the topic up on the 28th. For the end of January not much has happened except the explosion of stat points and the nearing of max IQ. Not many more people in jail and the market is not having more favorable average prices. Look for Feb issue on the 28!
