District Bonuses:
CAREER + 10% CPU
WARGROUNDS + 10% RAM
BADLANDS + 10% BUS
COMMUNITY +3% CPU, BUS, RAM, HDD
RESIDENTIAL + 10% HDD
UNIVERSITY + 50 IQ
GOVERNMENTAL + 20% cash from hacks, also don't you won't lose money kept in hand
DOWNTOWN + 5% Firewall
UNDERGROUND + 50 Hacking Skill

say if a gang has 2 districts but want to change them, how do they go about losing the district?

Set your guardians to nobody/your weakest players and declare you have in chat. A gang will come along and steal them from you in no time ;)
However, a 'withdraw from district' button would be useful too.

Can you put the district bonus on the stats page? Like viruses?

And how does gaining and losing them work? If we have 2, can we even take another one? Will it trade one of them out or not give it to us at all?

And maybe, instead of limiting the number to just 2 districts, perhaps have the number a gang can hold be based on it's size. A larger gang would have more members to control an area, while a smaller one would have to stay localized. Maybe make it one district for every 7 members.

I agree with the part that you could gain one and loose one... Limiting to gang size = Enough members in one gang to take all districts = a No No

What about :

To hold a district you need 10(random number)members to hold it.

Like if your gang has 18 Members you can hold 1 district or if your gang has 21 Members you can hold 2 districts etc...

Isn't that exactly what he's suggesting?
The best method I've heard is the diminishing stats one, where if you hold more than 2, the stats of your guardians is divided by the amount of districts minus one, ie 2 = normal, 3 = 1/2, 4= 1/3 etc, so it is possible to hold many, but if you are too diluted you will loose your best district.

Since the update, in our log page, the name of Last killed: (10988) & Last killed by: (10019) ... has only the ID now .. was that planed ?

Since the UPDATE is here, maybe you should clear the Districts (open to all again)

I still think 2 districts per gang is good enough, and that we should after holding a district for 5 days, lose it, and not be able to retake it for 2 days or so !

Almost the same but my example was bad, let me try again..

Gang A got 18 Members : 10 of those are holding 1 district

Gang B got 21 Members : 10 of those are holding 1 district and 10 are holding another

Explanation:

Gang B members are ranked in game like this: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21

District 1 is being hold by the members ranked 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19, district 2 are being hold by the members ranked 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20

Explanation pt 2:

So the guardians for each district could be managed so you could have stronger ones on the district you really want to keep or keep it equal, your choice...


As it is for the moment the current guardians of a gang are holding the districts so the strongest gang can choose what ever 2 districts they want.

And for you Rusty, as I understood Mycks idea was that if a gang has 90 members they would be able to hold 9 districs with their guardians, my idea means that you need 90 guardians to hold 9 districts.

It seems that not all the districts are working. I can't see anywhere that my firewall is getting a boost, and Ozy's HDD is unchanged.

The only ones that have been confirmed to work (to my knowledge) are the University (IQ) and Underground (hacking).
