It's because you don't send the referer. What this means is it looks like you're trying to access the URL without clicking it on one of CW's pages.
I don't know exactly what's wrong, but you've messed with your browser settings.

Same thing for me now at my work PC :

Error (E30020)

But when I use my colleague's PC (just beside me) it works fine .. .. ..

I use FF and tried IE same crap (not going to try Opera either) since it works fine with FF here beside me .. .. so it's a settings somewhere .. but what ? :?

I haven't added anything these last few days .. .. except maybe a FF update ?

I did a Clear Private Data ..

I use a Portable FF 3.0.19
I tried with the works FF on this same PC : FF 2.0.0.12 (not able to upgrade it, Work polities) and it worked ok ...

I'll keep trying stuff and let you know here :D

Error (E30020) usually refers to the destination link not being found. It is most likely an internet option thing i would guess...

edit to this. Check/reset your java settings.

did check all that ... and I just update it to the 3.6.9 version .. still same problem .. loool

UPDATE ....

Well I just used '1st Evidence Remover' program it cleans up your PC full option on ... and now, it works again ... lol
it did clean up even the last upgrade I had done to 3.6.9, so I was back with my 3.0.0.15 and did all the updates till 3.6.9 and reinstalled all the theme, addons I used to have .. and it works fine ..

Hope this could help you too !
