And they always have, at least for me, ever since they were implemented. I started one thread on this already in the suggestions forum, not sure why that got locked: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2691 , so I'm starting this one as directed by Rusty.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about.
- My time zone is set to GMT -5. Always has been.
- The clock tower's current time is 01:08:44 AM UTC.
- Your current time is 8:08:44 PM
And my chat looks like this:
107$ - -4:09:29
then im going for a single pic with glasses
Mark - -4:08:57
Some of those photos are ridiculously bad, including the glasses one.
107$ - -4:08:41
lol, i knew you would comment that gif
Mark - -4:08:14
God damn, get rid of the GIF and go back to the single pic 107 >.<
eatyourmuffins - -4:08:11
The Juliana Hatfield Three are my poison of choice right now
At reset time it will start at -5:00:00, and go to 19:00:00. It is adding in the offset for my time zone, but it's doing it incorrectly, and has since the day it was implemented...

I see it's been fixed already. That was fast! If only we could get the rest of the stuff that's still broken (like districts) fixed that quickly.

Looks like I spoke too soon. Now that reset's happened, it's doing it again...
