The server was offline due to some issues. It was fixed and now things should work ok.

at 12:00 UTC (server time ) it seems the Auto-heal didn't work ...

I agree with Ozy about the reset auto heal not happening during this hour. I logged on dead, but the last time I had been killed had been the previous hour according to my stat log
