GvsG/District wars: added BUS into the formula. The rest is the same. Please note that this is only the damage formula, CPU has a different role.
So now it looks like this (mBUS/eBUS)*(mHDD-eRAM)/5

Additional equipment:
2GB and 4GB RAM sticks.

New Referral bonuses:
Level - Updated From - To
25 - 10 - 50 ecs
150 - 50 - 200 ecs
300 - 100 - 400 ecs
600 - 150 - 600 ecs
1000 - 300 - 1000 ecs

Does this formula include equipment worn by the guardians?
Also that equipment is pretty sickly heavy-duty. Scares me. >.>

Nice equipment .. very expensive tho, especially since the daily hack on 'Department of Treasury' is down 30% => Cash Earned: 700,000 now ...

but needed to keep a descent economy.
