Aight, I'll just shove this on here and hope it's legible, since I have yet to get an e-mail. Feel free to edit it at will, and comments are.. welcome, I guess. Though I already said it's simple and to be used as like a backup if nothing else comes along.

<h4>What it is</h4>
Neo era of Cyber Wars (NeoCW for short) is a text-based, tick-based game. The theme is centered around a hacking war between Hackers and Net Guards. The goal of the game is to train your stats and level, in order to have the highest score, which proves you're the number 1 net demon to the rest of the players around. <br>
<h4>Time Flow</h4>
Every 5 or 10 minutes (depending on how you're set up in the game), you gain some energy, capacity, and intent. You use energy to do everything in the game, such as attacking other players' systems, hacking into secure locations (the CIA, White House, and Department of Treasury) for large amounts of credits, and IQ (IQ lets you train your combat stats harder). Intent allows you to work at a job, which brings you a steady income of stat boosts, and capacity allows you to search the Grid, which brings in websites and more credits.<br>
<h4>The Market</h4>
Fighting to the top isn't the only way to play, though. Some players prefer to make it big in the market, and it's a goal worth reaching. Players can buy 'servers', which will act as a steady income of credits as soon as you purchase them. You can also sell your energy, in the form of Energy Charges, on the market to other players, for high amounts of credits.<br>
<h4>Gangs</h4>
And there are even more ways to play than that. You can also join (or create, if you have the resources) your own gang. Gangs allow players with a common goal in mind to group together and fight in wars against other gangs, with stats as the rewards. Gangs can also fight against each other for territories, which give special bonuses to their owners (such as extra credits per kill, higher IQ, or a percentage boost to all gang members' stats!).<br>
<h4>Team Wars</h4>
Don't stop reading yet, there's more to it! A weekly war between ALL Net Guards and Hackers is held. This is where all Hackers team up against all Net Guards and try to kill more than the enemy in order to get more points for the week. The winners of the week get 10 energy charges, and the best 5 players of each team get 70 energy charges, which makes this a very worth-while war. There are also special competitions sometimes, which give even bigger rewards in the Team Wars than that! <br>

try downloading 'paint.net' it's a freeware as good as a photoshop (basics)

I made this banner a few days ago in a few minutes work.

I didn't submit it then since it wasn't ready (still isn't) but seeing as I didn't have the time to get back to it and I won't get to finish it in time I have decided to submit it as it is.

PS: Atilla the picture you posted is wicked, I will definitely make use of it in the future

Yes, supposedly I had the option to chose at least one. Just opening an editor and writing Cyber-Wars is not called a banner, moreover mixing copyrighted images.
Wasted time? Like it was a couple hours worth of work.. at least.

I decided to try a banner, too, despite my horrible failure with the use of Paint.
This is the ugliest I could come up with *cough* > . >

It's corny, too, which makes it soo much better..
