Although not every part of the CW management (ie FM) need to be known when online, a CM one would be useful, as people used to complain they weren't in chat and this would allow people to see if one was online if needed.

why you care if they are online or not ...
If you need to find them, just look their ID/name up and see ...
But mainly, you might need one in chat .. .. .. all the while I've been playing CW, I never needed a CM .. EVER .
