Is there any other use for webs? besides Cap scouts for more webs, and gang repairs...

Not yet Junny, but I believe Aeon mentioned a future update with a use for them.

You can buy servers with websites, though it isn't feasible, and used to, you could also buy capacity scouts with Websites, but that page has been erased.
