Adjustable Gang Tax

There should be a way to make the gang taxes, for credit and exp, adjustable for individual members. That way, owners could lower the exp tax for smaller members, allowing them to level easier, and keep the exp tax higher for the larger members, so they don't level too much.

Whether or not you think the admin are too lazy to do it individually doesn't mean you give 'em ideas like that. Individual taxes would be awesome, though.

could be possibly have some way to see how much each member has paid in taxes, like the repair coverage shows, to go with this
