have 200, 300 & 400 wars added and revamp the bonus system
Because, getting some IQ (and have it reset for most of us at midnight) for a 100 war is a bit weak and useless ...
and a 500 war with the size of today gang is plain stupid

Add a bit of code at the top of the week that checks the player's IQ. If IQ = 500.X, then payout ECs, rather than IQ.
That too could be a nice fix.
We aren't asking for a full remake (yet) but just a quick fix so the gangs can restart making wars !
For the gang war size, it should be depending of the smaller of the 2 gangs.

If the smallest of the two gang has
Less than 6 members => 100 kills war max
Less than 11 members => 100 and 200 kills war max
Less than 1 6 members => 100, 200 and 300 kills war max
16 and more members => 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 kills war max
The payouts should be at least interesting to make the people do some kills.
For 2 gangs with 5 or more members difference => should give the one with the most members a start handicap (IF they didn't start the war)
like Y x 5 kills or more depending of the difference, where Y is a factor of 'Gang B - Gang A members' times the number of hours the smaller gangs needs to finish the war (if they could kill all players every hours)
