Viruses have changed since the last time you paid attention, obviously. You get a level up for every 100 from what we have observed so far.

So isn't there a catch-22 in that you have to have a high IQ to be worth using PC hacking, but if you have a high IQ you don't need hacking skill?

True, but would that energy spent on getting your HS up to get good virii not be better spent on getting your stats up?
